The project for the New Town Hall of Paratico is divided into two parts: the slabs (horizontal part) and the tower (vertical part). The base of the building, formed by overlapping plates, moulded according to the trend of the curves of the site contours, inserts  the building into its context in a natural way, creating various terraces with panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.  Inside, the base of the building contains public functions like the library, the bar and shops, open for public use.

In the soaring volume of the tower are located the municipal offices covered by a smooth and shiny skin that protects the glass surface from the sun rays from south and  west. The golden facade with various sized bubbles is designed to pay homage to the “Perlage of Franciacorta”, the product of excellence of these lands.
