The project of the new Rimini Fair Complex, located in the Northern area of the city, is made of 16 exposition pavilions, big conference halls for meetings, restaurants, shops, offices and storage areas, offering an exposition area of 108.000 square metres and 50.000 square metres, dedicated to other services. The exposition halls, each of them 96m x 60m, have been realised without inner columns, through a vaulted roof made of laminated wooden beams, following a repetitive modular structural scheme (“Zollinger Tragwerk”) that guarantees great spatial flexibility and adaptability to a large scale of events.

The columns and the beams of the entrance hall, around the event areas and the colonnades, are made of exposed concrete, while the floor finishing is made out of tiles with warm colours that together with the wooden structure of the roof create a warm atmosphere. The large filigree façades made of steel and glass, create an effect of lightness and transparency.
