The new Expansion of tthe Rimini Trade Fair is astate-of-the-art complex in terms of architecture, technology and performance.
The project involves the construction of a new circular-shaped pavilion which, from an architectural and finishing point of view, fits into the aesthetic line dictated by the existing trade
fair. The structure of the dome will be made of laminated wood beams resting on steel capitals,
in turn supported by reinforced concrete partitions. The Pavilion will have a maximum internal height of 36 m net in the central part of the dome with a free diameter of 144 m, which
would make it the largest domed structure in Europe.

Il nuovo Ampliamento del Quartiere Fieristico si configura come un complesso all’avanguardia sotto il profilo architettonico, tecnologico e prestazionale.
Il progetto prevede la realizzazione di un nuovo padiglione di forma circolare che, dal punto di vista architettonico e delle finiture, si inserisce sulla linea estetica dettata dal quartiere fieristico esistente. La struttura della cupola sarà realizzata con travi in legno lamellare poggiate su capitelli in acciaio, a loro volta sostenuti da setti in calcestruzzo armato.
Il Padiglione avrà un’altezza massima interna di 36 m netti nella parte centrale della cupola con un diametro libero di 144 m che la renderebbe la struttura a cupola più grande d’Europa.
