The project for the New Waterfront in Rimini aims to be a pilot project for the entire Promenade of Rimini, that to date, as a result of the increasing number of tourists and vehicles, has no longer the characteristics required for a recreation area with high quality standars. The landscape design is an attempt to renew this important area for the city, providing wide green areas with pedestrian paths, alongside are placed small architectural pavilions to ensure the vitality of the area even during the winter months.

There are also forseen a number of equipped areas for sports and wellness, connected to the adjacent beaches. The new Promenade is thus thought as a long park, of which the traffic is shifted to “Viale Amerigo Vespucci”, giving a new imagine to this important urban place of Rimini.
