Project description

The site consists of a triangular plot, set at the entrance of the town of Villa Marina, seaside resort on the coast of Ravenna (I). The location led to the project idea of communicating a symbolic and qualified image at the town entrance. Since the Ravenna coast is characterized by the presence of natural elements such as pine forests, sea and thermal waters, it was decided to express the character of the place from the very first visual impact that you have coming to Villa Marina.

A thick forest of pines, in fact, protects the residences from the road coming from Ravenna, and a thin channel of water, that culminates in a fountain, (goes up to the furthest point of the lot). The residences are planned as a series of modular units, aggregated into elongated elements that sneak into the green, while on the urban side there is a large urban plaza with commercial activities.
