Project description

The project area, located in the surroundings of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, is characterized by a wide spread urban structure and by the distinctive landscape of the Loisach valley.
The Tax and Financial Centre is an independent building which distinguishes itself rispect the alpine landscape through its curvilinear shape. His solitary position emphasize the public vocation.
The corridors, inside the building, are characterized by  a dynamic and fluid form, with a different rhythm and spatial width, allowing an easy understanding of the building and promoting the relationship with the ladnscape.

The compact display of the several administrative areas is guaranteed through short distances, high accessibility and flexibility in work spaces. The presence of skylights and large windows ensures a high degree of natural light,  maintaining a constant relationship with the surrounding landscape
