The project is set on the border between the urban and the wide landscape of the countryside. The building creates a link between town and county, and redefines the role and the image of both.
The division between the public space and the private zone is underlined by a subdivision of the blocks, united by the main entrance hall.
The building opens itself to the landscape by two courtyards, connecting them with the green park area, and promoting inter-generational encounters and a sense of openness toward the local community.
On the north side a long square connect the town and the green areas, while on the south a sinuous pedestrian cycle path connects the opposite borders of the lot.
