The project is inspired by the nearby road junction called “Mostar”. This powerful infrastructure tangle connotes the whole area. The  roads, from plane surfaces become three-dimensional elements that emerges in ministry building affected by the war exactly in the points where the bombs exploded.
These dizzying new weapons of tolerance and peace realize the encounter between cultures in a space of research and technology at the service of democracy.
