Project description

The proximity of water has influenced the formal language of the building: large terraces throughout the building on the side facing the river dominate the elevation, while the façade facing the street is closed. The tower, inclined and massive, contains kitchens, stores, equipment and all service areas. It also draws attention from the opposite side of the river because of its massive towering presence and in this way creates a point of recognition for the building.
